Abstract

The aim of this article is to discuss Ubuntu therapy as a healing model for families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa. The discussion focuses on an explication of the Ubuntu philosophy, the aim of Ubuntu therapy, the process of Ubuntu therapy and an illustration with a case study. The article concludes that Ubuntu therapy can contribute to the healing process of families with HIV/AIDS in Africa.
