Abstract

In vitro propagation of Eucalyptus radiata is described. Low rates of in vitro plant multiplication were achieved with most. tested E. radiata clones on Nitsch & Nitsch (1967) medium (NN-67), supplemented with indole butyric acid. (IBA), kinetin (KIN) and 6-benzyl amino purine (BAP). The establishment of nodal explants in culture, their subsequent shoot proliferation and root formation are outlined.
