Abstract

. The Bochner norms Δ_p for 1< p < ∞ on the vector valued L ^p-spaces are examples of reasonable cross norms which are not tensor norms. Using the order structure of L ^p(μ), a description of Δ_p is given in terms of the injective and positive injective norms.
