The West African Ornithological Society

Abstract

This meeting was arranged by the West African Ornithological Society (WAOS), taking advantage of the presence at the 9th. PAW of many of its members, to exchange ideas with other African Ornithological Societies and those of its surrounding islands. The meeting was chaired by the President of WAOS, Dr Gerard Morel, assisted by Dr Robert A. Cheke providing English and French translations, and 13 participants attended.
