DISCONNECTEDNESS

Abstract

There are three different ways to characterize To-spaces in the category of topological spaces. All three methods are canonical, i.e. they can be easily formulated in a general setting, where they, in general, do not coincide. In the following, the characterization of T₀-spaces by indiscrete spaces is generalized to an abstract category and investigated.
