Moral Developmental Scale in Iranian Culture

Abstract

The study explored the structure of Moral Developmental Scale in Iranian Islamic culture. Participants were 380 Data were analyzed using Principal component analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Principal component analysis resulted in four components with Eigen values >1, which together explain 54.81% of the variance. Confirmatory factor analysis of indicators of structural equation model testing demonstrated that the postulated model was a fit to the data.
