Objectives: This study evaluated the glycaemic response of three commonly consumed meals, and the resultant effect on postprandial plasma glucose response in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-Ozalla, Enugu State, Nigeria.
