Abstract

Lo-ngade is a joint composition by the proto-world music group Nävgröt under the guidance of Gunnar Valkare. The work on the CD appended to this issue of JMAA represents an oral-based type of composition which juxtaposes various composition styles from sub-Saharan Africa and Sweden.
